At Itergá¹›ha, each piece is thoughtfully crafted — often made-to-order, upcycled, or customised. As a result, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
1. No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or exchanges for any items, including:

Custom or made-to-measure garments

Upcycled or user-supplied fabric pieces

Orders with print, fabric, or design customisation

Gift cards and promotional items
Please ensure that you review sizing, customisation details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at itergrha@gmail.com, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
While we do not offer refunds, we will assess the situation and may offer:

A partial credit

A replacement (at our discretion and subject to availability)
3. Customer Responsibility
As all pieces are made with intention and often handcrafted or customised:

Minor variations in color, print, or finishing are considered part of the product’s uniqueness.

Measurement inaccuracies due to incorrect input from the customer are not covered under any replacement or refund terms.
