• Ready-to-wear items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces: Processing time varies between 10–21 business days depending on design complexity and customisation.

• You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

• Domestic orders: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders over ₹8000.

• International orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

• Any applicable customs duties for international shipments must be borne by the customer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic delivery (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during high-demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen delays with courier partners.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your order using the link provided.

6. Delays or Issues

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges may apply.
