1. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or using the site under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2. Products & Custom Orders

We offer:

  • Ready-to-wear garments

  • Custom-fitted pieces

  • Fabric-based customization (using customer-supplied fabric)

  • Full design services upon request

Each product is crafted with care, and minor variations may occur due to the handmade or upcycled nature of certain items.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept payments via secure payment gateways compliant with RBI and IT Act norms.

  • For custom or made-to-measure items, no cancellations will be accepted once production has started.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India and select international locations.

  • Estimated delivery times are mentioned on each product page.

  • Delays may occur due to external factors (logistics, weather, etc.), and we will keep you informed.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted for ready-made items in unused condition, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images — is the intellectual property of Itergá¹›ha and may not be used without permission.

 

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
